How does heycater! work?

Heycater! sees itself as a full-service provider and a link between talented caterers and a wide range of business customers. In our role as an intermediary, we offer a platform that not only increases the digital visibility and marketing of our catering partners, but also gives them access to new customer groups. In doing so, we provide our partners with tools that simplify everyday work and increase efficiency.

What are the costs for me?

The service from heycater! It only costs you anything if you successfully place an order. There are therefore no running costs. The amount of the commission depends on the services used and is automatically billed when the order invoices are settled.

How many orders can I get through heycater! generate?

The more actively you work with us and the faster you respond to inquiries, the more orders you can generate through us. Some of our top caterers carry out up to 100 caterings per month with us.

Which caterers does heycater work with! together?

When selecting our caterers, we ensure that our minimum standards are met. These include the quality and presentation of the food, the service, the issue of sustainability and the price-performance ratio. All criteria for a partnership can be found above.

Are catering inquiries binding? What happens if I receive a request that I don't want to accept?

You decide which request you accept and whether you want to make an offer. Catering inquiries are therefore not mandatory. However, as soon as you have confirmed an offer, this order is binding.

How does billing work?

Your credit is calculated from the net order value of the catering minus the heycater! commission. There are two payment runs per month, where you will receive your credit together. Timely payments are just as important to us as they are to you! That is why we always issue caterer credits punctually on the 15th or 31st of a month. Depending on the day of the week, the money arrives in your account after 2 to 5 banking days.

Are there minimum order quantities?

You set your framework conditions. If you only accept orders with a certain minimum quantity, you can indicate this in your Caterer account and adjust it at any time. We only provide you with relevant inquiries that move your business forward.

How do I manage my catering requests?
